Built some 25 years ago as a gracious Lincoln residence, our present family-home welcomes visitors to Christchurch looking for a friendly country style, personalised service (in a B&B Private Home).

Our charming well kept 3 bedroom open living home within walking distance to all amenities (Shops, Post Office, Library, Medical Centre, Hospital & School), this location has the lazy hint of country living whilst being conveniently close to the centre of Christchurch 30 minutes away.  Yet ski fields are only some 50 mins away. 

By September 2007 we will be moving to our Brand new 4 bedroom spacious home * Hostess kitchen with quality appliances * garden filled section, sunny, private * Extra Large Open plan living, seperate lounge well-furnished bedrooms are all heated from the centaly located wood burner.

The shared bathroom facilities have been conveniently appointed with bathrobes provided, giving warmth and comfort in the bed and breakfast tradition.

Our generous morning breakfast menu includes fruit juice, fresh fruits, yoghurt and cereals, followed by bacon and eggs, sausages, tomatoes, toast and marmalade. This is served in our dining room each morning between 6.30am and 9.00am.

Complimentary tea and coffee facilities allow guests to help themselves at their own convenience and we serve "supper" (tea, coffee and biscuits) each evening in the living room at 9.00pm.

Guest computers available with "free" Broadband Internet and Wireless access for your laptop.

Our soon to be brand new family-home is centrally located 5-10 minutes away from both Lincoln Village and Lincoln University and within 5 minutes easy walk to the Bus stop to Christchurch and it's restaurants, banks, shops, Convention Centre, Arts Centre, Canterbury Museum and of course Botanical Gardens.
